The Kansas City Chiefs earned their ninth win of the season against the Denver Broncos in Week 10 to keep their perfect record intact.

Denver held a lead for nearly the entire game, and when Kansas City finally completed a fourth-quarter comeback to go up by two points, rookie quarterback Bo Nix led the Broncos on a marvelous drive that got kicker Will Lutz in range for a last-second field goal.

With their undefeated record on the line, the Chiefs’ special teams unit exerted all their effort to penetrate Denver’s protection for Lutz’s kick, and linebacker Leo Chenal was credited with tipping the ball to win the game.

By blocking the field goal attempt, Kansas City won the game 16-14 to advance its regular season record to 9-0.

The Chiefs will play their next game against the Buffalo Bills in Week 11 for with a chance to keep their perfect season alive against a bitter AFC rival.
