The famous NFL couple recreated a photo from their childhood, with the three-time Super Bowl champion looking barely recognizable in an “amazing” post shared by Brittany on Monday.

Brittany, 28, and Patrick, 28, have been together since they first crossed paths in high school more than a decade ago.

They married in a lavish Hawaiian ceremony in 2022.

However, on Monday, Brittany waited in the time machine and took fans back to their relationship with an old photo showing her in suspenders and a baby-faced Patrick sitting in a high school football jersey.

She captioned the photo with a heartfelt message expressing her gratitude for their connection.

“Who knew 12 years later we would be where we are!” Brittany said on her Instagram story.

“This life with you [heart emoji].”

Reactions from NFL fans to their “amazing” photos flooded social media.

“Brittany Mahomes recreating her 12-year-old image with Patrick Mahomes is so cute,” this fan expressed.

“Dude couldn’t wait to practice. That’s why he’s so good,” joked a third.

The two have actually been together since high school; in 2013, Patrick wished her happy with an Instagram post featuring pictures of her prom, attending high school baseball games and going on a date.

“Happy birthday to this girl! Love her and hope her 18th year is the best!” Patrick wrote in a 2013 social media post.

Fast forward to today, they have two sons together: three-year-old Sterling and one-year-old Patrick, aka “Bronze.”

Earlier this month, Brittany posted a series of photos of the kids, revealing new nicknames for the two.

The photos showed Sterling and Bronze dressed in all-black Adidas jumpsuits and riding bicycles.

“Squish and Miss Priss,” Brittany captioned the photos alongside the laughing heart emoji.

The two had their daughter Sterling in 2021 and son Bronze in 2022.

Brittany recently shared that the pregnancies took a major toll on her body, revealing on her Instagram account that she suffered a broken back from not taking care of her body properly after both births.

However, last week, she shared that the two were relaxing at home while also showing Patrick relaxing after the Chiefs’ Super Bowl win over the San Francisco 49ers with clips of him practicing his golf swing.
