Saturday’s preseason finale featuring the Chiefs and Browns was a game filled with fireworks and emotion. The Chiefs, playing at home for the first time since last season’s AFC Championship, finished the preseason with a thrilling 33-32 win but that came at a cost as the team fell down 22-3 early to Cleveland. Former Chiefs safety Juan Thornhill, now a Cleveland Brown, put his stamp on the game with a first-half pick six.

After scoring the touchdown, Thornhill did the Arrowhead Chop and made the heart sign showing respect and admiration for Chiefs Kingdom. Thornhill played four seasons in KC and won two Super Bowls during his tenure. Thornhill stated that there was no disrespect intended when throwing up the chop which is why he threw the heart in there at the end.
